I should have shared this 5 years ago. I bought my townhouse and had the big "C" company out to check out the system.
The tech said at minimum I needed a new motor but needed to be looking at a new system since it was so old.
Then a friend recommended I have Huminskys come out and they said the motor was fine and the system was older but working great. About 2 years later I had an issue and they came out on a Friday and fixed it. Saturday it was not working again. I called them and asked them to come out on Monday as I could not afford an emergency call. They called me back in minutes and said no charge to come back out and were here within the hour. They needed to replaced a different part which needed ordered so at their expense they rented fans to keep me cool till it came in. They replaced the part and only charged me the difference between the earlier part they replaced and the new part cost. No extra service charge. Family business, honest and not out to get your money!!! The motor continues to work with no repairs on it that the big "C" said needed replaced
